SILVER

GOLD
Gold level inspections are generally for the client that wants the ability to use the inspection findings as a basis for negotiating the offer. For the client that wants a complete inspection finished to an internationally accepted standard for commercial inspections (ComSOP). This is as detailed an inspection as a visual inspection can be with all the financial planning ability of the Silver level.
